Benjamin Baumann
CEO & Founder
With over 20 years of experience in creative agencies, digital agencies, and management consulting with a focus on Customer Experience, Benjamin brings a broad spectrum of expertise – from strategy and brand management to digital transformation and performance marketing.
His career began with clients such as Eintracht Frankfurt, the German Football Association and the 2006 FIFA World Cup, followed by 7 years with Deutsche Telekom. He then shifted his focus to the automotive industry: serving twice as lead agency for Porsche, and as a founding team member of antoni, playing a key role in managing Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG. Further positions took him to BMW, Allianz, Skoda and Bosch.
In 2018, he founded FRASER – a next-gen agency that combines creative agency thinking and performance marketing into one integrated offering, helping brands grow sustainably in complex global markets.
Tanya Dernaika
Managing Director Strategy
With over 20 years of international experience, Tanya builds compelling brand stories and connected ecosystems across Europe and the Middle East. Her expertise spans diverse categories, from automotive and financial services to kitchenware and country branding.
As a strategic leader, she is driven by a deep curiosity about identity and behavior. She focuses on cultural norms and mindset shifts, believing that understanding why people move is what unlocks meaningful growth. Rather than settling for obvious answers, she challenges assumptions to uncover blind spots others miss.
Tanya thrives in high-pressure environments, working alongside bold teams to solve tough problems and deliver the sharpest, most commercially powerful solutions.
David Musiol
Managing Director & Partner
His extensive expertise in cross-media content development, editorial, and content marketing define his career. At C3, he led the team that established the London office for Bentley as their ‘Demand Creation Agency,’ later expanding the luxury portfolio with prominent brands like Burgess Luxury Yachts.
David subsequently built a C3 agency in Prague, leading an international team of over 20 specialists from five nations. Under his leadership, the office became the lead content marketing agency for Škoda Auto and Česká spořitelna, two of the largest companies in the Czech Republic.
Today, he leverages this experience in international scaling and content strategy to drive meaningful brand growth and strategic excellence.
Fernando Barbella
MD Creation & Partner
As a multi-disciplined international Creative Director with digital DNA, his career spans integrated campaigns across Europe and Latin America at networks like JWT, DDB, and Ogilvy. He has developed global projects for iconic brands including Nike, Audi, Ferrari, KitKat, Pepsi, Microsoft, and Coca-Cola, managing diverse categories from automotive to financial services.
Driven by how technology transforms communication, he harnesses digital innovation to create ideas that move people. His work balances technical precision with the humanity needed for meaningful growth.
As an executive member of IADAS, the ADC Germany, and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, he remains at the forefront of the industry, bridging creative excellence with strategic future-thinking across global markets.
