FRASER expands leadership team: Till Hohmann becomes Managing Director
FRASER is expanding its senior leadership team. With Till Hohmann, the owner-managed creative agency gains an internationally experienced brand and transformation leader for its management team in Berlin.
With this leadership expansion, FRASER is advancing its global growth. Since opening in 2024, the agency is systematically building Cape Town as a global production and AI center, leveraging regional economic advantages and strategic proximity to the MENA market. Simultaneously, FRASER is restructuring as a hybrid organization – combining creativity and strategic thinking with AI-driven efficiency and scalability. This positions the agency to serve global brands with local agility across markets. The team in Berlin and South Africa is being expanded by around 20 positions to scale this model and implement the expansion of the ZWILLING mandate and additional new business.
As Managing Director, Till Hohmann will work alongside the existing leadership team, including founder and CEO Benjamin Baumann, MD&Partner David Musiol, MD Creation & Partner Fernando Barbella, and MD Strategy Tanya Dernaika, to orchestrate this transformation.
Till Hohmann brings over 25 years of international leadership experience. Most recently, he was CEO Germany at Avantgarde Brand Experience Group. Before that, he was Managing Director of TRACK/Omnicom Precision Marketing Group in Hamburg, where the agency was named "Creative Agency of the Year" (MMA/Smarties 2023). His international career led him as Chief Creative Officer through WPP networks Ogilvy in Dubai and VMLY&R Commerce in London. As Vice President Asia Pacific, he managed the establishment of a global marketing hub for the global brand PANADOL at GSK Consumer Healthcare in Singapore. At Serviceplan, he was Managing Director in Munich, where he won BMW Aftersales globally, among other achievements. He learned his craft as an award-winning conceptual copywriter at Jung von Matt.
