What you’ll be doing

• As subject matter expert you will own planning, producing, shooting, finalizing high-quality video content for our international clients across digital, social, and broadcast platforms.

• As crucial part of our growing multidisciplinary content production hub in Cape Town you will work with the peers on site and collaborate with the creative/social/strategy teams of all our international offices to bring campaign concepts to life in style, on time, in budget.

• You manage all aspects of production including pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production delivery

• You maintain consistently high production standards across all deliverables

• You contribute creative ideas and technical expertise in briefings and brainstorm sessions

• You set up, monitor and manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple client projects simultaneously

• You build and maintain a network of partners, experts, suppliers

Your profile

• You come with a can-do producer mindset, ready and able to make things happen. You know how to plan, set up and steer a shoot as much as you know how to craft video. You know whom to engage what to do, how to do it and you are obsessed with details that matter.

• You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage productions from briefing through to final delivery

• You are highly skilled in professional camera operation, lighting, and on-set production

• You have expert-level post-production skills including video editing, colour grading, and sound design, using tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro

• You thrive in a collaborative creative environment and are comfortable working to tight deadlines

• All the above is shaped by at least 5 years’ experience in high-production video content creation, ideally within a commercial production environment or relevant creative agency

• You have the proof: a strong portfolio of polished, campaign-quality video content across digital and social formats
