What you’ll be doing

• You will make things that make people click, like, share, link, love, save, engage

• You will be part of our growing content production hub that works across all global clients of all our international offices – collaborating with creative teams, strategist, social experts from varies locations, all connected by one mission: making brands buzz.

• You concept, shoot, and edit lo-fi, creator-style content for clients across social media platforms

• You stay ahead of platform trends, sounds, and formats and bring fresh ideas to the team regularly

• You produce content quickly and at volume without compromising on quality or brand consistency

• You collaborate with social media and community management teams to ensure content fits within the wider platform strategy

• You contribute to briefing sessions and brainstorms with a creator-first perspective

• You manage your own content calendar and deliverables across multiple clients

Your profile

Education

• You are a natural. The content game is something you didn’t learn in theory: you grew into it, learning by doing, hands on. It shows and you have proof for it

• You are professional. With at least 5 years of experience as a commercial content creator, ideally within an agency or brand environment – without losing your soul

• You are deeply fluent in the language of TikTok, Insta Reels, and short-form social video

• You have a strong instinct for trends, viral formats, and what makes content feel native and authentic on each platform

• You are highly proficient in mobile-first content creation, camera work, snappy production and editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar)

• You are a fast, self-sufficient creator who can ideate, shoot, and edit with minimal direction

• You have an excellent feel for brand voice and can adapt your style across different clients and audiences

• You are well organized and love collaborating with multidisciplinary international agency as well as with client teams

• You already use AI Tools to augment and enhance your work
