What you’ll be doing

• You will help us set up, shape and grow an amazing Social Media group and team to deliver outstanding strategic, creative and effective social first solutions for global brands.

• You lead and oversee the social media department, ensuring the highest standard of output across all client accounts

• You develop and drive social media strategies that deliver measurable results for clients

• You serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships

• You mentor and develop the social media team, setting clear goals and supporting their professional growth

• You stay ahead of platform developments, trends, and best practices, ensuring FRASER remains at the cutting edge of social media

• You collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns

  You oversee department reporting, performance analysis, and the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

  You contribute to new business pitches and agency growth initiatives

Your profile

• You have at least 10 years of experience in social media, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead or senior management role, ideally within an advertising or creative agency environment

• You have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing social media teams

• You have deep expertise across all major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)

• You are a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into powerful social media strategies

• You have strong commercial awareness and experience managing client relationships at a senior level

• You are data-driven, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations

• You are an inspiring leader who fosters creativity, collaboration, and accountability within your team

• You have at least 5 compelling case studies of projects you personally led that showcase all your abilities and skills
