What you’ll be doing

• Identify AI-related risks and opportunities from an enterprise perspective.

• Develop the organization’s AI strategy.

• Develop the organization’s AI 5-year roadmap.

• Identify the specific technologies that will be associated with organization’s AI adoption and map them both into the strategy and roadmap/s.

• Define the organization’s AI vision. This includes both the mission or business perspective as well as the organization’s views (and pledge) in regard to AI ethics.

• Establish the organization’s AI Governance group and provide oversight and leadership for it.

• Provide program and project level oversight for all organization-specific AI-related activities, ensuring that work adheres to the vision, strategy and roadmap.

Your profile

• 10+ years of experience working with both IT and business in the context of complex technology initiatives.

• At least 5 years of experience with various (e.g. more than one) AI technologies; including GenAI, ML, Expert systems, Deep Learning, or others.

• Experience working with data and / business intelligence solutions (this may or may not be classified as a Data Science).

• Experience working with business process automation related solutions.

• A comprehensive understanding of risk management, compliance and Cyber Security.

• Experience working with Digital Technologies, including a focus on UX, digital standards and human factors.

• Experience working with (multiple) Cloud Hosting environments.

• Excellent writing and presentation skills.

• Experience with productivity tools and at least 1-2 years of experience with GenAI productivity tools.
