This is a newly created position at FRASER and carries two strategic pillars:

1 - Internal AI Leadership
You will take ownership of advancing and implementing FRASER’s existing AI strategy. You ensure our organization stays on the right path, fully leverages AI potential, and serves as a shining example for our clients.

2 - Client-Facing AI Consulting & Revenue
At the helm of a dedicated AI team, you will guide clients throughout their entire AI transformation journey. From creative strategy development and conceptualizing AI projects to selling and delivering them — you build an independent, profitable revenue stream for FRASER.

What you’ll be doing

Internal AI Strategy & Governance

• Further develop and optimize FRASER’s existing AI strategy, with a focus on implementation excellence and long-term positioning.

• Maintain and evolve the organization’s 2-year AI roadmap.

• Identify and assess AI-related risks and opportunities from an enterprise-wide perspective.

• Identify concrete technologies (GenAI, ML, Deep Learning, automation, etc.) and integrate them into the strategy and roadmap(s).

• Define and communicate FRASER’s AI vision — including mission, business perspective, and commitment to AI ethics.

• Establish, lead, and oversee the AI Governance group.

• Monitor all AI activities at program and project level to ensure alignment with the vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Client Consulting & Business Development

• Lead a dedicated AI consulting team to support clients in their AI transformation.

• Develop and market AI consulting offerings and project solutions (from concept to delivery).

• Actively build an independent revenue stream through AI consulting, project business, and creative consulting formats.

• Position FRASER as a leading AI consulting unit in the market.

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and management to identify and win new clients.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience collaborating with IT and business units on complex technology initiatives.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with multiple AI technologies: GenAI, ML, Deep Learning, expert systems, or similar.

• Proven track record of building and leading AI consulting projects and business development activities.

• Experience with data, business intelligence, and automation solutions (Data Science, RPA, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity in the AI context.

• Familiarity with digital technologies: UX, digital standards, and human factors.

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar).

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to independently generate revenue.

• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).

• At least 2 years of experience with GenAI productivity tools.
