What you’ll be doing

• Based in our content production hub in Cape Town, you will work alongside our local multidisciplinary production team and collaborate with Art Directors across our international offices to bring visual content to life for our global clients.

• You will create high-quality visual designs for digital and marketing campaigns

• You will expand campaigns by creating adaptations and touchpoint extensions based on core concepts or key visuals

• You will design across various platforms including social, web, and digital media

• You will help ensure content productions are true to visual brand worlds and communication concepts by ensuring consistency and quality across all design work

• You will collaborate with creative, strategy, and project teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Your profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

• Additional design or digital certifications are advantageous

• 3 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally in a creative or design agency

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Good understanding of digital design and social media content

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills

• High attention to detail and quality

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
