What you’ll be doing

• You will be the first dedicated social media strategist of our agency and as such will spearhead this discipline with all your expertise and a hunger to deliver superb solutions for global clients

• You develop comprehensive social media strategies for clients that are rooted in data, audience insight, and brand objectives

• You conduct platform audits, competitor analysis, and audience research to inform strategic recommendations

• You define KPIs and success metrics for social media activity and oversee performance reporting

• You work closely with creative, content, and community management teams to ensure strategy is effectively translated into execution

• You present strategic thinking and campaign results to clients in a clear and compelling way

• You stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends, continuously evolving your strategic approach

• You contribute to new business pitches and help grow FRASER's strategic offering

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in social media strategy, ideally within an advertising or creative agency environment

• You have a proven ability to develop data-driven social media strategies that deliver measurable results

• You have deep platform expertise across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)

• You are analytically minded, comfortable working with performance data and translating insights into clear strategic recommendations

• You have a strong understanding of audience behaviour, content performance, and paid social mechanics

• You are an excellent communicator, able to present strategies and ideas confidently to clients and internal teams

• You are culturally curious, with a genuine passion for digital trends and the evolving social media landscape
