What you’ll be doing

• You will help assure that our thinking and strategic consulting is not just on track but superb

• Collaborating with our senior leaders and key clients you will be able to prove your strategic abilities on a daily basis

• Analyze and evaluate trends, developments, and data to derive the most valuable insights for our clients

• Ensure the best possible implementation and optimization of your strategies in close collaboration with other departments

• Develop brand and communication strategies for both existing and new business clients

• Define insights based on qualitative and quantitative audience analysis

• Evaluate and challenge client briefs, and define project scope

• Create creative briefs

• Take the strategic lead on pitches and new business projects

• Develop case studies and submit award entries

• Act as a mentor and sparring partner to junior strategists

Your profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field pertaining to social and/or economic studies

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an agency or consultancy with a focus on brand and communication strategy

• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)

• Strong analytical thinking and structured, methodical approach

• Excellent ability to present complex topics clearly and persuasively

• Familiarity with common tools and techniques for synthesizing information

• Proven track record in developing strategic, creative, integrated campaigns

• Ability to create and deliver engaging, high-quality presentations
