What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the subject matter expert for UI design in our growing content studio team, you will own developing and crafting visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces across web, mobile, and product platforms for all FRASER offices and our international clients.

• Collaborate with UX designers, product teams, and developers to implement consistent and engaging UI solutions

• Create high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and design specifications for digital products

• Ensure design consistency through style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems

• Incorporate user feedback and usability findings to iterate on designs

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently

• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI design

• Participate in creative brainstorming and design reviews to elevate quality and innovation

Your profile

• Degree or diploma in UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

• Additional certifications in UI tools or design systems are advantageous

• Proven experience as a UI Designer (mid to senior level) in agency or product owner environments

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work, visual hierarchy, and interaction design

• Proficiency in UI design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

• Strong visual design skills, including typography, colour, layout, and iconography

• Understanding of UX principles and the ability to collaborate closely with UX designers

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in working for global brands and in international teams is a plus
