To differentiate HolidayHeroes in the crowded German market, we moved beyond identical-looking travel ads by exploring vacation psychology. We identified key fatigue signals—such as overwhelm and lack of focus—that define the state of mind long before a user thinks of booking.
Our core insight was that people often don't realize they are overdue for a break until exhaustion impairs their daily skills. By highlighting these subtle signs of burnout, the campaign positioned HolidayHeroes as the essential remedy. This approach successfully established the brand by connecting with the users' actual mental state.
