Led by FRASER of Switzerland, UBS launched a new Personal Banking platform that positions the bank as a trusted decision-making aid for Swiss retail and affluent clients. Built on the everyday truth that life is full of choices, the campaign reframed UBS as the partner that helps with the ones that matter financially.

Under the “We can’t help with all decisions. But we can help with many.” message, and the positioning line “For everything that lies ahead.”, we brought the idea to life through humorous, authentic decision moments—from forks vs. chopsticks to choosing a wall colour before buying a home—showing UBS advisors as close, human, and helpful. 

The platform launched in April 2025, featuring 13 different motives and 6 social videos, rolling out nationwide across OOH/DOOH, press, social, digital, and UBS owned channels.
